INTERSTICE’s Park(ing) Day 2017 Wins AIASF Mentorship Committee Competition

INTERSTICE Architects 2017 Park(ing) Day installation, Mirrored Mylar Forest-Field: Pedestrian Safety Along the Polk Corridor has won the first annual AIA San Francisco Mentorship Program’s 2017 Park(ing) Day Competition. The installation, which featured wind activated mylar attached to a bamboo structure, called for more awareness of pedestrian safety along the Polk Street corridor.
